Assesment
Protocol & Placement

Besides
regular weekly assessments, the course will include three progressive
2-part tests - a written test on essential knowledge ( medical
terminology, language usage, formatting styles etc.) and a dictation
transcription covering report types and specialties, at the
end of 6, 12 & 16 weeks. Overall grading will be a sum of
these three evaluations. Candidates scoring less than 75% marks
in the 1st / 2nd interim exams will be allowed to apply for
a retest within a week. If they still fail to achieve the desired
performance,

they
will not beeligible to continue in the course and their balance
of fees refunded.Candidates scoring more than 85% marks in
the overall grading will be shifted to the production floor
for a simulated on job training.

All
candidates successfully clearing our practical assesment conducted
after the on job training program with an over all 90% accuracy
in the above competencies, and with a minimum of 95 % physical
attendance, will be eligible for guaranteed placement at our
production center.

Candidates
unable to successfully complete the course will be eligible
for free institutional support for a period of one month to
improve their performance, and help for placement. They will
be given a chance to reappear for the assesment, subject to
payment of the requisite examination fees, upto a period of
one month.
